Fabian Rodriguez was born in Rome and spent most of his life in Costa Rica. His father is from Spain and mother is from Italy, so he speaks fluent Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English. He went to Medical School in Costa Rica and Tulane University in New Orleans, and did his residency in Internal Medicine and Practice for more than 10 years in ER back in Costa Rica.
He moved permanently to the U.S back in 2002 and worked as a Senior Ship Physician in the Cruise Line Industry for almost 15 years, He then pursued the NP license at the Florida International University in Miami and graduated in 2015. He has been practicing as an NP since 2015, providing commitment, respect, compassion and great quality of service to all his patients.
Allison spent most of her childhood in the Midwest region of the country, growing up in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to Cleveland, OH for high school. She completed her undergraduate education at Miami University of Ohio in Oxford with Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish with a Pre-Med co-major before working as a pediatric medical assistant in Cincinnati for a year. She then interviewed for PA school at UNM and fell in love with the New Mexico landscape, people, and culture. She moved here for PA school and has been practicing primary care since she graduated from UNM in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, jogging, learning guitar, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Brad grew up in Durango, Colorado, where he developed a love for outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. He attended Fort Lewis College and obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2008. From there, Brad earned his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Saint Francis in Albuquerque. His philosophy is that Albuquerque offers both a wonderful place to live and work. There are rich and vibrant Native American and Hispanic cultures to learn about and explore, delicious New Mexician food around every corner, and great weather for exploring the outdoors. At the same time, Albuquerque offers a challenging, yet satisfying city to work in, as many New Mexico residents are medically underserved and caring for them is deeply rewarding.
Michael was raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where he went to Loyola University in Chicago. After graduating, Michael worked with a homeless non-profit, Housing Forward. Following his work with the homeless, he worked at Lutheran General Hospital as a patient care technician on medical, surgical, intensive care, and pediatric floors. At the same time, he did microbiology research at Oakton Community College.
He then went onto Physician Assistant school at the University of St. Francis. In his free time, he likes to bake, rock climb, hike, and try different ethnic food.
Ashlee grew up in Colorado but returned to her New Mexican roots when she decided to run competitively at the UNM. She also completed her Masters in Physician Assistant studies at UNM where she found a love for caring for the medically underserved of New Mexico. Ashlee has a special interest in Fertility Awareness Based Methods of family planning and practices as a Natural Family Planning only provider with plans to complete NaProTechnology training. When she’s not working, she enjoys running in the foothills and bosque, watching the latest movies, cooking, and spending time with her husband.
Dr. Rudolph has seven years of experience as a Primary Care Provider and Urgent Care Doctor. She is board certified in urgent care and has worked in both the Duke City Urgent Care Clinics and Primary Care Clinics. Dr. Rudolph calls New Mexico home, but has had the opportunity to live in several states thanks to her career in medicine. When she’s not working, Dr. Rudolph enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children.
Brent, a fifth generation New Mexican, graduated from the UNM Physician Assistant program in 2017 and has found his passion serving our community through primary care family medicine. Brent earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UNM in 2013. Exercise science has provided a foundation in Brent’s practice to emphasize the need for a balanced healthy lifestyle, along with needed medicines, in the prevention and maintenance of disease. Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his family and engages in running, hiking and playing guitar.
Douglas Ludington graduated with his Bachelor of Nursing from Brigham Young University, in 2005. His undergraduate career consisted of experience in multiple modalities throughout the hospital with the most experience in emergency medicine. He obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Francis with an emphasis in family medicine. Doug is especially inspired providing care for children at all stages.
Doug, along with his 5 beautiful children, spend personal time together enjoying outdoor activities including fishing, camping and hiking. He also explores personal hobbies like apiary (beekeeping), reading, and running.
Doug is excited to be a member of the Moriarty team and to serve the community.
Dr. Luu is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. A native New Mexican, she attended the University of New Mexico School of Medicine prior to serving as a Family Medicine Physician in the United States Air Force for nine years. She completed her Residency in full spectrum Family Medicine through the Air Force. After her service, she returned to New Mexico with her family to serve New Mexicans. She is a seasoned provider in the care and management of chronic medical conditions as well as acute concerns. Her patient care style focuses on collaboration, shared decision making and an individualized holistic approach. Her physician life is balanced with time with her family and the New Mexico outdoors.
Dr. McLeod began practicing in Moriarty, NM shortly after graduation in 1988. He is board certified in Family Practice. He has served as president of the New Mexico Osteopathic Medical Society. He is was formerly a member of the New Mexico Board of Osteopathic Board of Medical Examiners and has served on numerous committees and local tasks forces. He has performed well over 100,000 patient visits and still enjoys practicing medicine. Over the years he has expanded the geographic area served by his practice as well as the services offered. He looks forward to taking care of you and your family.
J. Mark Pope was born and raised in Torrance County, NM. He is a family nurse practitioner, specializing in the treatment of the entire family at McLeod Medical Centers of New Mexico. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing at Addison, Illinois, then earned a Master of Science degree at Chamberlain University at Downers Grove, Illinois. J.Mark is national board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner.
Lauren Montano received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts in 2009. For the next five years she worked as an EMT attending to transfer and 911 emergency calls in the Boston area.
Lauren completed her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New Mexico in 2017. Lauren joined a family practice group in June of 2017 where she has been working since.
Gregory grew up in a ranching and farming community in a family of 6 brothers and 6 sisters. He later attended college, earning a degree in radiology, becoming proficient in ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine. His specialties included arteriograms, myelograms, and cranial imaging. Gregory returned to school to earn a degree as a Physician Assistant at the University of New Mexico. He has worked in several patient care departments including emergency care, orthopedics, sports medicine, rheumatology, and pain management. While living in Northern New Mexico, Gregory expanded to become an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach (specializing in plyometrics), and enjoyed coaching cross country, football, basketball, and track at several high schools.
Kathleen was born in St. Louis Missouri. She attended to Texas A&M where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. Kathleen’s experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, has led her to serve patients in family practice in rural settings. She has held her nursing credentials since 2004 from American Nurse Credentialing Center. Kathleen is also DOT certified. When she is not helping patients, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, horses, cats, dogs, birds, fish, and taking time to smell the flowers.
Dr. Green received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana in 1984, her Master of Science in Nursing in 1990, then PhD in 2002 from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She also earned a Post-Masters as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner in 1992 from Mississippi University for Women, in Columbus, Mississippi, then a Post-Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1996 from Northwestern State University, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Green has practiced advanced practice nursing for over 26 years and was among the first 14 nurse practitioners in Louisiana to obtain prescriptive authority and has spent most of her clinical experience in rural communities. In addition to clinical practice, she taught and precepted graduate nurse practitioner students for 15 years. In December, 2014, Dr. Green was appointed to the Advanced Practice Advisory Committee for the New Mexico Board of Nursing, and in 2015, was appointed by Governor Martinez to the New Mexico Prescription Drug Misuse and Overdose Prevention and Pain Management Advisory Council. Her appointment by the Governor to the New Mexico State Board of Nursing was in December, 2016, and she was elected Chair of the Board of Nursing the following April. In the spring of 2018, the New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council elected Dr. Green as their President-elect.
Born in New Mexico, Jeannett attended college at South University in Savannah, GA. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing. Jeannett is now providing care for patients as a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in family practice. She also is a confident Spanish speaker
Kathy was born in Albuquerque, NM , the youngest of 6 children. Her family moved to the East Mountains when she was only 6 months old. Kathy attended San Antonito Elementary, Roosevelt Junior High, and graduated from Manzano High School. She went on to UNM in 1985, to achieve a BA in Psychology, and worked for some time at Children’s Psychiatric Hospital as a mental health worker. In 1993, Kathy returned to UNM to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She remained for another 26 years at UNM Hospital working in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. She received a Master’s in Nursing from the University of St. Francis in 2016 and getting hired at McLeod’s Medical Center in November of the same year. Kathy has lived the majority of her life in the East Mountains and loves the community. She currently lives with her 3 horses, 5 cats, and 2 dogs as well as a small bunch of chickens, turkeys and ducks, near the house where she grew up.
John Stuart was born and raised in the Midwest. In his high school years, he moved to New Mexico and fell in love with the mountains. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Physics. He attended Medical School at the University of New Mexico. There he met his wife Kelly. He did his Family Medicine residency at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating from residency, he completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. He has been practicing Family Medicine and Sports Medicine in Albuquerque since 2007.
In his free time, Dr. Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, mountain biking, skiing and running.
Monique Keulen-Nolet was born in the Netherlands. After marrying a US service member, she relocated to the United States. In 2008, Monique graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree as a family nurse practitioner. She has also enjoyed gaining experience in the areas of cardiac, respiratory, and emergency medicine. She provides patient care to all ages.
Monique loves to swim and ski and she loves being a nurse practitioner.
Dr. Burger is a patient centered, seasoned, academic and clinical physician. He attended college, medical school, an internship, finishing up with a 4-year residency in the Philadelphia, PA. As a board certified general surgeon, he was an academic house staff trainer. Dr. Burger also founded a very successful multi-physician specialty practice in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. He also practiced surgery in Taos, NM, at Holy Cross Hospital. Dr. Burger retired as a general surgeon after sustaining an orthopedic injury, followed by several required surgeries. He has practiced urgent care, occupational and family medicine for the past 12 years in New Mexico. He enjoys interacting with his patients and coworkers, and providing the highest quality, compassionate patient care. To top off his inspired career in medicine, he has been married to the love of his life (a nurse) for the past 43 years. He has 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
Deanna Suggs, RN, MSN, CNP was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Her father made his career in the Navy so she moved around throughout life, but Albuquerque was always home. Deanna graduated from Manzano High School, going on to receive her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. Shortly after she received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at El Paso, and ultimately finished with her Post-Master’s Degree from Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Deanna spent most of her career in Carlsbad, NM and Las Cruces, NM as a director and professor of Nursing. She retired after running the student and employee health clinic in 2013. She has worked as a CNP since 2000, and has a wide background. She has served on many local, state, and national boards and has returned to Albuquerque to be closer to family. She enjoys spending time with her children and two grandchildren. In her free time she loves to travel, shop, and garden. She is looking forward greatly to being a partner in your health care!
Elizabeth earned her MSN in Family Practice and her BSN from University of New Mexico. She has 6 years nursing experience at UNM Hospital in behavioral health and primary care. As an RN in primary care, she became certified in diabetes education and diabetic foot care. Originally from Chicago, IL, she has lived in Albuquerque for over 10 years and it has become her home. She is excited about joining the McLeod family practice group, and planning a move to the East Mountain community. She loves music, reading, yoga, and being outside– hiking, skiing, playing tennis, or swimming.
Born in Hollywood, California, John Panter has lived in New Mexico since 2005. He received his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of St. Francis. He has practiced as a Physician Assistant in the East Mountain area of New Mexico since 2013. He is pleased to be able to serve the community!
